Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 1pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 1pm AEST.

  • For Australian orders shipped via AusPost Express please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order
  • For Australian orders shipped via AusPost parcel please allow 3-4 business days to receive your order.
  • For International orders shipped via DHL please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.
  • For International orders shipped via Express Post please allow 3-6 business days to receive your order.
  • For International orders shipped via Standard Post please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

For US shipments we offer a tariff free shipping option via the postal service. Please review the shipping options at the checkout.

All other international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that you may be liable for import taxes and duties when your order reaches reaches your delivery destination. For further information relating to import duties and taxes applicable in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Please email with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will ensure you receive your original order.

Full price items

  • Full priced items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
  • For size exchanges we offer free shipping on the replacement item

Sale Items

  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note

Clearance items

  • Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

To proceed with a return or exchange please email us at shop@ephemeralive.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for exchange.

Please return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Returns may not be accepted if the goods are not returned within the specified time frame.

We ask that you ship your return back to us. We recommend that you send your return via the postal service with tracking.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund, exchange or credit note. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your refund and your account to be credited.

Our mailer bags are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original Ephemera packaging the order was delivered in.

We require the original packing slip and the return items in the same condition that you received them in order to process your return.

Our credit notes are valid for one year from issue date.

We issue store credits to your customer account which is associated with the email address used to make your initial purchase.
