Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase and we understand that sometimes it takes trying a few different styles until you find the perfect style and fit for your body shape.

Full Priced Items

We offer a cash refund on any full-priced item that is returned to us within 28 days of the date of delivery.

Full priced items received after 28 days of the date of delivery are eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Sale Items

For sale items, we are more than happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on sale items.

Please note that items purchased during our annual Black Friday sale fall under our sale terms and conditions.

To proceed with a return or exchange:

1. Email us at shop@ephemeralive.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Post your item back to us at PO Box 273, Avalon Beach, NSW, 2107, Australia. We recommend you use a trackable method.

3. Please send back your items in the same condition that you received them:

  • new and unused, with the protective adhesive strip intact on the brief
  • with all tickets attached and intact and in its original packaging

4. For size and style exchanges of full priced items we offer free shipping on the replacement item.

5. Please return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. Goods received after this date are eligible for a store credit only.

6. We do not refund any initial shipping charges paid for returned goods.

Faulty Goods

All goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch however in the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at  and we will arrange for repair or replacement.

Full price items

- Full priced items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.

Sale Items

- Unfortunately Ephemera does not accept returns on sale items. However, we are more than happy to assist you with either an exchange or credit note for the value of the item.

For size exchanges we offer free shipping on the replacement item.

Clearance items

- Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

To proceed with a return or exchange please email us at shop@ephemeralive.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for exchange.

Please return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Returns may not be accepted if the goods are not returned within the specified time frame.

For purchases made in Australia over $100 AUD, we offer free return shipping.


For purchases made outside of Australia and for Australian orders under $100, we ask that you post your order back to us.

We do not refund any initial shipping charges paid for returned goods.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund, exchange or credit note. Exchanges and credit notes are processed within the same day of receiving and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your refund and your account to be credited.

Our mailer bags are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original Ephemera packaging the order was delivered in.

We require the original packing slip and items to process your return.

Our credit notes are valid for one year from issue date.

We will email you a unique code to use online.

If you have purchased an item using a credit note, a new credit note will be issued as a return.
